
Chadbourn’s Dangerous Dog Board will meet Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
The board will hear from the town’s Animal Control Officer regarding two dogs that have been deemed potentially dangerous.
The board was established in 2024 with the new animal control ordinance, which was passed due to a large number of stray and feral dogs in town. The Dangerous Dog Board is tasked with hearing from Animal Control and the owners of animals considered a potential threat. If a dog is determined to be dangerous. The owner can be required to remove the dog from the town.
The meeting is at 5:30 p.m. in town hall, and open to the public.
