DWI Roundup for Sept. 10-17

Following is a weekly feature of Columbuscountynews.com. All records and information are obtained through arrest reports and warrants.

While the focus is primarily to draw attention to driving while impaired (DWI) cases, other charges are included where available and applicable.

All suspects are presumed innocent in a court of law. An arrest is not a conviction of driving while impaired or any other crime, but the result of reasonable suspicion that the person may have been operating a vehicle while under the influence of an impairing substance based on the observations and investigation of the arresting officer.

Otis Fairley Lewis, 55, 309 Wilkes St., Chadbourn – DWI, driving while license revoked, no insurance, $15,000 secured bond.

Rashad Jamal Massan, 32, 117 Maxwell St., Whiteville – DWI, driving while license revoked (DWI related) – no bond.

Jermain Randall Lowe, 46, 112 Baldwin Dr., Leland – DWI, DWLR, reckless driving, speeding. $1,500 secured bond.

Michael Felder, 43, 307 Johnson Ave., Elizabethtown – DWI, $5,000 secured bond.

 James A. Nealy, 63, 448 CM Cartrette Rd., Tabor City – DWI, carrying concealed weapon, no operator’s license, marijuana paraphernalia, $7,500 secured bond.
