Deputies confiscated a handgun after a juvenile was removed from a home Monday.
A resident of the home on Maple Lane near Chadbourn called 911 after finding the Glock 43 Monday evening.
The sheriff’s report said a 17-year-old male had been removed from the home by DSS earlier that day.
