Katie Lee McNeill Moore, 85, of 4045 Carver Moore Road, Clarkton, NC, died Thursday, September 25, 2025, at Valley Hospice House in Fayetteville, NC.
The funeral will be 2:00 PM Thursday, October 2, at Sandy Plain Baptist Church, 903 Farmers Union Road, Clarkton, NC. Burial will be in the Mitchell Field Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4:00 to 6:00 PM Wednesday at the Peoples Funeral Chapel. Las Amigas Ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM.
She is survived by her sister, Rosemary McNeill-Monroe of Fayetteville, NC.
