Larry Bland, 67, of 206 South Madison Street, Whiteville, NC, died Friday, September 26, 2025, at home.
He was a veteran of the U. S. Marine Corps. 
The funeral will be 1:00 PM Friday, October 3, at Walter’s Chapel AME Zion Church, 15111 Sam Potts Highway, Bolton, NC. Burial, with military honors, will be in Restwell Cemetery #1.
Visitation will be at the church Friday 30 minutes prior to the service.
Surviving are his son, Larry Jones of Hallsboro, NC; daughter, Karen Jones of Bolton, NC; sisters, Retha Allen of Wilmington, NC, Joyce Baldwin of Clinton, MD, Merita Graham of Leland, NC, Maria Lacewell of Bolton, NC, Brenda Freeman of Hallsboro, NC, and Diane Pyatt of Bolton, NC; brother, Wilbert Ervin Bland of Elliott, ME.
