Friday’s turkey shoot at the Veterans Memorial Park of America has been cancelled due to the forecast rain.
The shoot is tentatively scheduled to go on Saturday night at 6:30 p.m., depending on the weather. Another date will beset up to make up for the rainout.
The park is located at 6354 James B. White Hwy. South, Whiteville.
