Whiteville Police are investigating a shooting at Covey Run II apartments today (Friday).
One person sustained a minor neck injury from a stray bullet, according to police.
Multiple shots were fired, damaging buildings and vehicles.
The shooting comes after multiple gunshots were head in the city last night. It is not known if the incidents are connected.
