Columbus County Parks and Recreation and Whiteville City Schools recently held its Annual Tennis Camp at Whiteville High School on July 13-15.
Whiteville Tennis Coach Serena Smith led the camp with 30 young players participating in the event. The participants learned the basics of tennis, such as forehand, backhand, serve, volley, scoring, and sportsmanship.
