Raymond Timothy “Chinaman” Warren is back in the custody, the Dept. of Corrections reported late this afternoon.
He was captured in Forsyth County, a short distance from the prison, according to a press release.
Warren has connections to Columbus and was thought to be heading this way, authorities said.
He was taken into custody by the DAC and State Bureau of Investigation.
