The undefeated Columbus County Dixie Darlings have their eyes set on the World Series.
The Darlings defeated Montgomery County in a hard-fought softball game Tuesday (today). They brought home the state title in a 15-7 batter’s duel in Cherryville.
They now advance to the World Series in Prince George County, Va., on July 23.
