A Sandyfield teenager is due in court today to face murder charge in Wilmington.
Skylar Marie Flores, 18, of 4004 Gen. Howe Hwy., is being held under no bond, charged with first degree murder, attempted robbery and felony conspiracy. She is in the New Hanover county Detention Center.
Warrants show Flores is alleged to have stabbed Adam Travon after assaulting the victim with a knife. A second female and a male suspect are named in the warrant.
The New Hanover Sheriff’s Office did not immediately return a request for comment. We will update the story when more information becomes available.
