A Bolton woman was not seriously injured after a trespassing suspect shoved her to th ground June 16.
The Gum Street residence called 911 after the incident. She told deputies she was checking her property after her dogs began barking, and encountered an unknown male between 18-25 years of age.
When she confronted the man, the report said, he pushed her down and fled the scene.
The incident was not initially reported, the sheriff’s office said, but the victim later wanted “documentation” of the encounter. She also noted that there has been an increase in “suspicious” activity in the area over the past several months.
