Multiple agencies are searching for a missing man with health conditions in Robeson County.
Robeson Sheriff Burnis Wilkins said in a press release that Timmy Jacobs, 42, was last seen near his home in Parkton July 31. Relatives reported him missing Aug. 2.
Jacobs is six feet tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes, and wears glasses. His vehicle and cell phone were found near Red Springs. He was last seen wearing a tank top, shorts and sandals.
The search area has expanded to Balfour Road, after reported sightings of Jacobs near Chris Road and Strawberry Lane in Lumber Bridge.
Drone, K9 and search teams from Hoke County and the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission are assisting in the search as well.
