A man was hit by gunfire during an apparent road rage incident in North Hallsboro Tuesday.
Willie James Shine II was in the 6300 block of Hallsboro Road North when a female suspect allegedly opened fire on his Chrysler automobile. Shine was hit by at least one bullet and was transported by EMS to an area hospital. The car sustained $15,000 damage, according to the report.
The 3 p.m. incident is under investigation by the sheriff’s office.
