The Tennessee suspect who ran from deputies and troopers is facing multiple charges after a wild chase down N.C. 120 Saturday. Justin Graham, 38, of Crossville, Tenn., was charged with driving while impaired, fleeing to elude arrest, reckless driving. No operator’s license, a seatbelt violation and resisting an officer. The victim of a May assault was found dead in his home near Evergreen Friday. Arnold Nance, 70, was found dead in his home on Williamson Road Friday evening.
