A fugitive was captured after a high speed chase from near Whiteville to Hallsboro Dec. 4. Raymond Timothy “Chinaman” Warren, 34, was held under$20,000 secured bond on charges of felony larceny and violating parole. Robert Silvestia Bowen, 76, of 1001 East Arcadia Rd., Riegelwood, was released on a $7,500 secured bond in the November incident.
