Three people were arrested early Sunday after a van was stopped for a lack of a license tag. Deputy J. Someone took a footmarker from a grave off Peacock Road, according to a sheriff’s report. Shonda Duncan contacted the Sheriff’s Office after discovering the marker missing over the weekend.
