An electrical fire led to not one but two fires at Southern Fire and Muffler in Whiteville Wednesday. There were no charges after a woman attacked another woman Wednesday, forcing the victim to improvise a stylish defense for herself. The sheriff’s office said Tanieka Vonka Davis and Ophelia Jenrette got into an argument on McSllister Drive, and Jenrette allegedly punched Davis, who grabbed a “hair styling device” to defend herself.
