Deputies arrested two men and two women on prostitution, methamphetamine and human trafficking charges Wednesday. Arrest warrants state Kareen Sheppard, Rebecca Gainey, Olivia Bryant and Antonio Milligan were arrested on May 20. Warrants show that the four were arrested May 20. Ruth Ann Haynes, 57, of Third Avenue, Chadbourn, was arrested Thursday on charges of felony assault on a disabled person, and assault and battery, according to warrants and Detention Center reports.
