Multiple sex charges sent a Chadbourn-area woman to jail Thursday. Tiffany Charmin Norris, 35, of 1455 Shade Fisher Rd., was arrested after an investigation by the sheriff’s office. Deputies were called to a Sam Potts Road home Friday after a man accidentally shot himself. Robert Marvin Hinson, 77, was shot while answering the door just after 9 p.m., the sheriff’s office said.
