Three people were arrested after Whiteville Police found litter, feces, urine and makeshift shelters at an alleged  squatters’ camp on Frink Street Wednesday. Deputies arrested a Supply man after he allegedly got into a drunken fight with his father and fired a shot Saturday night at an area campground. Jared Chance Carter, 29, of 2839 Costal Shores Rd. State Forest Service investigators have charged a Whiteville-area man with intentionally setting three fires in February.
