Chadbourn Police arrested a Clarkton man Tuesday after he allegedly stood in the roadway, fought officers and had narcotics in his pocket. Davion Jabias Frink, 21, was charged with two counts of assault on a government employee, resisting an officer, possession of cocaine, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Deputies were the victims in two recent shooting incidents, but no one was injured in either case.
