Bladen County deputies have charged a man with kidnapping and multiple sex offenses. Wade Anthony Garcia, 41, was held without bond, charged with second degree kidnapping, false imprisonment, sexual battery, and second degree sex offense, according to the BCSO. His address was listed as 4960 Burney ford Rd., Clarkton. The sheriff’s office said the victim called 911 to report she was kidnapped and assaulted at Garcia’s home. Investigators...
Updated 4:35 p.m. Raymond Timothy “Chinaman” Warren is back in the custody, the Dept. of Corrections reported late this afternoon. He was captured in Forsyth County, a short distance from the prison, according to a press release. Warren has connections to Columbus and was thought to be heading this way, authorities said. He was taken into custody by the DAC and State Bureau of Investigation.
