Deputies reported that they observed Quattlebaum driving erratically on U.S. 701 North in Whiteville, then saw him run onto a curb before accelerating to at least 15 miles over the speed limit. They executed a traffic stop in the parking lot of the Hardee’s restaurant at Washington Street and Powell Boulevard, and during subsequent search of the vehicle, found the contraband. The vehicle was towed.
