Richard Franklin Monroe, age 56, of Tabor City, died Monday, July 19, 2021 in Lower Cape Fear Life Care, Whiteville. Born July 11, 1965 Long Island, NY, he was the son of Dianna Holandes Monroe and the late Richard Franklin Monroe, Sr.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Stella Marie Monroe of the home, his children, Nicole Monroe of FL, Melissa Marie Monroe of SC and Richard Franklin Monroe, III of Tabor City, his brothers, Kirk Monroe and Keith Monroe and his three grandchildren.
The family will hold a memorial service at a later time. A service of Inman Ward Funeral Home and Crematory.
