Mrs. Jeanette Brock King 77, of Ash passed at her home. She was born February 13, 1945 in Columbus County, the daughter of the late Johnnie Lester Brock and Eva Mae Etheridge Brock. She was the widow of the late Silas King.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Jackie Brock and a son -in-law, John Pierce.
She attended New Britton Baptist Church. She was an instructor with Cape Fear Tech. & Brunswick Tech and a farmer.
She is survived by three sons, Terry King and wife, Cindy of Ash, Silas David King, Jr. and wife, Penny of Ash, Keith King and wife, Shannon of Ash; a daughter, Donna King Pierce of Hallsboro, five grandchildren, Kendra Starnes, John King, Brittany King, McKenzie King, Isabelle King and one great grandchild, Silas Todd.
Her funeral service will be at 3:00 pm Sunday, May 1, 2022 at New Britton Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Bill Inman Cemetery.
