Deputies arrested a Nakina man after he allegedly turned up impaired at Nakina Middle School Friday.

Scott Bennett Gore, 41, was charged with disorderly conduct at a school, resisting an officer and second degree trespassing, according to detention center reports. His bond was set at $2,500 unsecured.

The sheriff’s office reported that Gore was apparently impaired when he went to the Nakina Middle Open House. After he was escorted to his vehicle by a deputy, the report said, Gore attempted to reenter the school. He was arrested and taken to the law enforcement center for processing. The report showed that he had two folding knives on his person when he was arrested.
