Three men were injured Monday after a fourth individual allegedly assaulted them with a truck.

Howard Alton Snowden, 65; Patrick Fax, 50; and Tracy Washington, 38, were working on a driveway in the 200 block of Center Street when a disagreement developed with another man, the report said. The suspect then allegedly argued with the three, got in his Chevrolet truck and drove at the three victims.

Washington sustained minor injuries jumping out of the way, the report said. Snowtan had multiple injuries, and Fax was in a ditch with “an obviously broken leg,” the report said.

The men were treated and transported by EMS. Fair Bluff Police are handling the case.
