Deputies arrested a Fayetteville man at his grandmother’s home Christmas morning after the suspect allegedly fired a gun, drove while impaired, and dropped his pants.
Bryan Maxwell Troy, 31, was charged with driving while impaired, resisting an officer, and indecent exposure. He was held under $1,500 secured bond. He gave a Fayetteville address on arrest documents.
