Phyllis Raynor Ransom, 69, of Hallsboro, passed away on April 9, 2025 at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
Phyllis was born on July 17, 1955 to the late Clarence Monroe Rayner and Linda Lucille Driggers Rayner.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Pierce Cemetery in Hallsboro, NC.
Survivors include husband Roger Dale Ransom of the home; son, Jason Scot Ransom (Holly) of Castle Hayne and brother, Michael Joseph Rayner of Whiteville.
