Food trucks, axe throwing, and dozens of vendors helped make this year’s Gator Fest the biggest yet.
The fourth annual event at Lake Waccamaw drew visitors from across the county and the region to Elizabeth Brinkley Park. The event started with the 5K, which featured more than 200 participants.
The main event at Elizabeth Brinkley Park featured live music, a petting zoo, pony rides, a foam “pit” for the kids, and dozens of vendors with everything from arts and crafts to handmade jewelry and farm products.
