The stepfather and mother of a nine-year-old girl have been charged with molesting the child.
Zackery Lynn Pratt, 30, and Brittany Pratt, 31, are being held without bond. Court documents listed their address as the Whiteville area.
Zackery Pratt is alleged to have performed oral sex on the victim, and forced her to do the same to him. Brittany Pratt is alleged to have allowed her husband to abuse the girl.
Both were charged with felony child abuse involving a sexual act. The incident is alleged to have occurred in June, according to warrants.
