Law enforcement officers from multiple agencies are searching for a suspect who allegedly assaulted a deputy and fled the scene this morning.
The assault occurred in the Delco area after a traffic stop, according to radio traffic. Deputies and troopers from Columbus are being assisted by Bladen County.
