One lane of Hallsboro Road is back open as of 9 a.m., after a head-on collision this morning *Saturday).
A van in the left lane collided with a fuel tanker, according to Joe Tyler of Hallsboro Volunteer Fire Department.
The crash occurred near the intersection of Hallsboro Road South and Red Bug Road after 2 a.m. The tanker came to rest in a nearby field.
The Highway Patrol is investigating.
