No injuries were reported after a sale of speakers turned into an argument and an assault Sunday.
Deputies were called to 416 Williamson Road, Evergreen around 10:44 p.m. to a report of a disturbance. Ryan Rabon said he had gone to the property to speak with Joshua Williamson about some car speakers that Williamson had for sale.
Williams and Rabon began arguing, then Rabon allegedly pulled a Hatfield shotgun and threatened to “blow your — brains out,” the report said. The report did not indicate why the two men argued, according to the sheriff’s office.
Deputies seized a Hatfield 20 gauge shotgun, a Stoeger 12 gauge shotgun, and a Savage rifle.
Williamson, 36, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill for the threat, assault by pointing a gun, communicating threats, and possession of a firearm by a felon. His address was listed as 481 Tar Landing Rd., Evergreen. His bond was set at $50,000.
