One man sustained minor injuries in Chadbourn Saturday after an alleged shooting.
Mayor Phillip Britt said investigators were called to Columbus Regional after the man as brought in by private vehicle. He told police that he was shot on Colony Street.
The victim was treated and released. The investigation is continuing.
