A possible tornado touched down in Riegelwood and Delco this afternoon.
County Commissioner Laverne Coleman said McPherson’s Acme Home Supply and multiple homes were damaged. No injuries have been reported.
Videos of what appeared to be a funnel cloud were shared via social media just after 4 p.m. Meteorologist Christopher Cawley said based on radar and video footage, the storm likely did produce a tornado as opposed to a downburst or inline winds.
