Caregiver Academy Educational Event

This session, “Facing the Elephant in the Room: What If You Couldn’t Speak for Yourself?”, will walk participants through:
- Healthcare Power of Attorney
- Living Will
- Why these documents matter for both individuals and families
- How to ensure your wishes are honored during a medical crisis
A notary will be on-site, so attendees can complete and notarize their Advance Directives before they leave.
This event is free, open to the community, and incredibly helpful for caregivers, older adults, families, and anyone wanting to plan ahead.
