For the second time in less than a month, a student at Central Middle has been caught with illegal drugs. Two people were arrested Saturday after an alleged coordinated effort to shoplift beer led to the discovery of drugs. Whiteville Police arrested Dwayne McMillian, age 53, and Taralee White, 31, for second degree trespassing, larceny, and aiding and abetting larceny, according to detention center reports. McMillian was also charged with drug paraphernalia. Both gave an address in Elmira, N.Y. on arrest reports. They were released on unsecured bonds....
