A domestic argument led to a Chadbourn home receiving multiple gunshots early Sunday. The alleged shooter is being held under no bond. Chadbourn Police said John Christopher Graham Jr., 35, of 217 W. The National Weather Service in Wilmington has confirmed that an EF-1 tornado touched down at Delco on Saturday afternoon. The NWS storm survey team noted that the tornado was on the ground for approximately 3 minutes, covered 1.3 miles of real estate, and had estimated wind speeds of 90-100 mph.
