Moments before midnight Sunday, shots damaged a home on Sidney Cherry Grove Road.
The sheriff’s office said deputies were dispatched to the home in the 3000 block at 11:53 p.m. The residents of the home advised that they were in bed and heard two loud noises like gunshots, and observed a car driving away.

A reported boyfriend of a 16-year-old girl in the house as suspected in the shooting, but his location was verified and he was cleared as a suspect.
Two bullets struck the home, damaging the vinyl siding and kitchen wall, the report said. One projectile was found in the kitchen area, the report said. No one was injured.
