A domestic argument led to a Chadbourn home receiving multiple gunshots early Sunday. The alleged shooter is being held under no bond.
Chadbourn Police said John Christopher Graham Jr., 35, of 217 W. Princess St., Chadbourn was arrested on charges of firing into an occupied dwelling and discharging a firearm in the city limits.
Mayor Phillip Britt said officers were called to the 300 block of Lowe Street just after 4 a.m. Sunday after Graham allegedly shot into the home with a .357 Magnum handgun. At least one person was inside at the time, but was not injured, according to the warrant.
CPD developed evidence at the scene that led to Graham’s arrest Sunday afternoon.
