Whiteville Police have charged a man after he allegedly forced another man to perform a sex act.
Jeremy Tyler Hilburn, 30, of 131 Mill Pond Rd., Lot 131, Whiteville, is being held under no bond. Detention Center reports show he was charged with second degree forcible sex offense and second degree kidnapping.
Whiteville Police were dispatched to Tyler’s residence May 23 to a report of a possible sexual assault. They made contact with the victim, who said the 6’2”, 300-pound Hilburn forced him to perform oral sex and refused to allow him to leave the property.
Tyler was arrested Wednesday at 8:15 p.m.
