Whiteville Police have arrested the suspect who allegedly exposed himself to two people at an area shopping center.
Sean Stanley Shipman, 29, of 27 Mill Stream Dr., Whiteville, was released on a $500 secured bond on a single charge of indecent exposure, according to arrest reports. He was arrested and released Sept. 28.
WPD reported on Sept. 14, at 320 Columbus Corners. Shipman allegedly exposed himself to her while he recorded her with his cell phone. The victim went to get another employee, and Shipman allegedly fled.
