Here’s today’s Bottom Line:
Strong high pressure in place will lead to abundant sunshine today, and much more relaxed winds. While highs will only be around 40, the wind chill won’t be as big an issue.
We’ll have another cold night tonight as we dip into the lower 20s, followed by highs in the upper 40s to around 50 on Monday with continued sunny skies.
A big-time warmup will occur for the middle of the week; highs will reach the 70-degree mark on Wednesday. Our weather becomes somewhat unsettled as a series of frontal boundaries will impact the area through the end of the coming work week.
There is some indication at a more significant storm system for Saturday and Sunday. There are huge differences in the global models (by as much as 1000 miles) for the weekend … it’s just too soon to even begin to speculate as to what may (or may not) be on the horizon.
