Bladen and Columbus deputies arrested a Clarkton-area man on charges that he fired multiple rounds into a White Oak home, endangering his own child.
Cameron Brice McKoy, 26, of 111 Jasmine Lane, Clarkton, was arrested just before 1 a.m. today (June 24) and turned over to Bladen County. He faces charges of discharging a weapon into occupied property, three counts of property damage, and misdemeanor child abuse. He was held without bond pending a hearing this morning in Bladen County District Court.
Warrants show McKoy fired multiple rounds into a home and vehicles at 5541 N.C. 53 West, White Oak, causing around $600 dollars in damage. The warrant states that McKoy knew his toddler was inside at the time. The child was not injured.
