Police have identified two local teens as the victims in a shooting in Roanoke Rapids Monday. Mariah Thompson, 15, and Patrick Shane Faircloth, 20, were shot to death Monday afternoon in the area of Vance and West Eleventh streets, according to Roanoke Rapids Police.
