The forecast high winds for tomorrow (Tuesday) have led to a two hour delay for both county school systems. Buses cannot safely travel when wind speeds exceed 35 miles per hour, County Schools spokesman Kelly Jones said. Gusts of 35 to 40 are forecast through noon on Tuesday, with strong sustained winds from tonight through noon tomorrow.
