Two men were arrested after they got their truck stuck while allegedly dumping building debris, according to the sheriff’s office. Luis Antonio Vasquez Lerma, 18, and Castillo Esteban Mojica, 36, both of Lincolnton, were charged with illegal dumping, according to detention center records. Both were held under secured bonds.
