One man was hurt in a drive-by shooting near Tabor City Sunday.
The sheriff’s office said Byren Stephens was in the 24000 block of Peacock Road when an unknown gunman drove by and opened fire. He was struck in the arm, according to the report.
The gunman fired the shots from a moving vehicle.
Deputies were dispatched just before 1:45 p.m. Stephens’ injuries were not life threatening.
